WebMar 2, 2013 · Titegroup is a brand new powder for me and I have only used it in .38 Special so far & liked it. What I don't know is for 9mm, is the small powder charge enough to cycle the weapon. I'm using a Ruger SR9c. Have loaded up a few rounds with 3.8 grains of Titegroup with a 130 grn cast bullet, but have not been able to get to the range yet. WebMay 19, 2014 · Silhouette is one of the best powders for 9 X 19mm and I use it for defense loads up to +P. It has very low flash and excellent pressure stability in warm loads. You can also use it for higher velocity .45 ACP loads if you need to.
