Mix together flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in large plastic bag. WebbDirections Place cut potatoes & carrots in the bottom of a 2- or 2 1/2-quart Crock Pot. Place roast on top of veggies. Separate onion into rings and lay rings on top of roast, trying to cover as much surface area as possible. Spread soup over roast and onions. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours.
