WebSection 10(1)(cN) of the Income Tax Act No. 58 of 1962 (the Act) exempts from income tax, receipts and accruals of any PBO approved by the Commissioner in terms of section 30(3) of the Act. Section 10(1)(cN) of the Act contains detailed rules governing the trading activities conducted by PBOs which will be dealt with below.
