This is a difficult cave to navigate because of the ice floors that cause you to slide in the direction you were walking until you hit an object to stop you. When you finally find the exit to the cave you will arrive in Blackthorn City. WebThe 16th Gym is located in Blackthorn City, and is a dragon type gym. Clair requires quite a high Level for your Pokémon to be at max, Level 89 & under. After you beat all of these gyms, you are pretty much done with the game. There is a Johto Elite Four at the moment, at a seperate Johto Indigo plateau.
