If its not tuned (impeller to steep, boat to heavy, cam too big) it will never reach peak hp. Basically when designing a boat engine (for non-race anyway) you want the torque to peak way down low; like 1600 would be great.

Probably something over 500 HP, but don't think it will be dynoed due to budget. Plans call for .060" over 4 bolt block,, forged crank and pistons,, 990 heads and a hydraulic roller cam.
