Also no way to remove downloaded Creation Kits apparently. I re-installed the game without the Stealth Suit thing. I've no idea why this had anything to do with Hangman's Alley. WebHangman's Alley is rough. Narrow spaces. Lots of oddly placed unremovable things. A low build limit and low altitude( only two or three stories). Not a ton of planting space or places for water pumps. You can make it work since it is a good location for distance from things but it is expert mode placement. Kudos for making it work.
